Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. for costs associated with the CBD Signals Phase 4 Project for Construction Inspection and Contract Administration work, with a total cost of Five Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and Thirty Three Cents ($524,739.33), to be paid from the following accounts:
