Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works, are authorized to apply for a grant from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County’s Trail Development Fund, for the reconstruction of a trail in Upper McKinley Park in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY THREE ($256,793.00) DOLLARS for this stated purpose.
