Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Rehrig Pacific Company for the manufacturing and distribution for recycling containers, and provision of containers for the payment thereof, not to exceed $1,351,000 $2,654,800 chargeable to and payable from the following capital budget and grant accounts:
