Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

                     Resolution 347 of 2020 is amended as follows:

Section 1.                      Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Cozen O’Connor, One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant Street, 41^st Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 for professional legal services in connection with an employment related matter at a cost not to exceed Forty Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($40,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:
