Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

                     Resolution amending Resolution # 268 of 2022 “authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with OST, Inc. for short term emergency professional IT (Information Technology) staffing resources as needed to fulfill a number of critical IT and device related projects by revising the budget year and cost” is hereby amended to:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Innovation and Performance and Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with OST, Inc. for short term emergency professional IT (Information Technology) staffing resources as needed to fulfill a number of critical IT and device related projects for a term of up to (2) years  at a cost not to exceed (One  Hundred Twenty One  Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Six Dollars and Two Cents). ($121,346.02) Two Hundred Forty Six Thousand Three Hundred Forty Six Dollars and Two Cents ($246,346.02).
