Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to receive grant funding from the Jewish Healthcare Foundation to support to support the enhanced HIV Testing in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000), and authorizing expenditures for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to receive grant funding from the from the Jewish Healthcare Foundation to support enhanced HIV Testing in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000.00). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund 2129400392.48311.00

 

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000) to support the “Enhancing HIV Testing in Allegheny County” mini grant project as part of the AIDS Free Pittsburgh initiative, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure line in the Grants Trust Fund account 2129400392.
