Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to extend the contract with The Standard Insurance Company for the administration of the City’s employee Leave Management Program. The cost shall not exceed Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($520,000.00) over four years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council in future years.

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

$130,000.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2018

$130,000.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2019

$130,000.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2020

$130,000.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2021

$130,000.00 from 11101.109000.52.52111.2022

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
