Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the City Clerk, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to accept a payment of Thirty Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($30,000.00) from PrimeGov Solutions, as amicable resolution of a contract dispute.

Section 2.                     Funds shall be deposited to JDE account 11101.101200.44.44109.
