Resolution amending resolution No. 796 of 2018, entitled "Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in connection with the URA's application for a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grant of up to $1,000,000,00, for the Oliver Bath House Rehabilitation project" to increase the grant amount to up to $2,000,000.00 and authorize spending.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Resolution No. 796 of 2018, entitled "Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in connection with the URA's application for a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program grant of up to $1,000,000.00 for the Oliver Bath House Rehabilitation project" is amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority, in order to receive a grant from the Pennsylvania Budget Office Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, in the amount of TWO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS for the renovation of the Oliver Bath House. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400383.45505.00.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are further authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, and/or a contract or contracts, or utilize existing agreements or contracts, not to exceed TWO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS for the purpose of renovating the Oliver Bath House under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, and the Pennsylvania Budget Office, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure line in the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400383.

Section 3. Local match of $600,000.00 shall come from the 2019 ...
