Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Resolution No. 32 of 2022, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution No. 664 of 2020 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with OST, Inc. for short term emergency professional IT (Information Technology) staffing resources as needed to fulfill a number of critical IT and device related projects extending the term” is hereby amended to:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Innovation and Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with OST, Inc. for short term emergency professional IT (Information Technology) staffing resources as needed to fulfill a number of critical IT and device related projects for a term of up to (2) years  at a cost not to exceed $200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents) (One  Hundred Twenty One  Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Six Dollars and Two Cents). ($121,346.02)
