Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to create a trust fund entitled “Lead Safety Trust Fund” into which shall be deposited federal American Rescue Plan funds as allocated by City Council via separate legislation. Said expenditures must move through the appropriate procurement processes.
