Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution number 675 of 2008, effective January 29, 2009, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2009 Capital Budget and the 2009 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2009 through 2013 Capital Improvement Program, by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2009 Capital Budget amendments” which presently reads as per the Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
