Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution number 948 of 2003, effective December 31, 2003, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2004 Capital Budget and the 2004 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2004 through 2009 Capital Improvement Program” which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
