Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Pittsburgh Futures for professional services relating to leadership development training at a sum not to Twenty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($27,336.00).

Funds shall be paid from the following grant account:

$27,336.00 from 0229400385.53901.00

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
