Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, and/or the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and/or the Director of Public Works, and/or the Director of City Planning, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks & Recreation, and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s), or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement(s) or use existing Agreements for various projects payable from the City Council District 4 Neighborhood Needs: JDE Job #0141004012.

Section 2. The $703.01 allocated to Volunteers Field may be utilized by the Departments of Public Works and Parks & Recreation for improvements to Volunteers Field, the Volunteers Field concession stand, and any related projects or purchases for the purpose of improving Volunteers Field.
Section 3. The funds allocated to Seldom Seen Park may be utilized by the Departments of Public Works, City Planning, and/or Parks & Recreation for planning, improvements, upgrades, or other eligible capital activities relating to Seldom Seen Park.
