Resolution amending Resolution No. 582 of 2021 entitled “Resolution providing for an Agreement with Pittsburgh Public Schools (PPS) and West Penn Allegheny Health System, Inc. (WPAHS) granting right of entry for foot traffic of staff and students onto licensed premises to PPS during designated times and dates.” To add the Director of Finance to be an additional signatory for the execution of agreements that this resolution would authorize.

WHEREAS, City owns certain property which PPS (“Licensee”) wishes to enter upon and use for the purposes hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, WPAHS owns certain property which PPS wishes to enter upon and use for the purposes hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, PPS requests access through portions of City and WPAHS property (“Licensed Premises”) for the purpose of loading and unloading students to and from PPS property; and
WHEREAS, City and WPAHS (collectively, “Licensor”) are willing to grant PPS a non-exclusive and revocable right of entry to enter upon and use for said purpose the Licensed Premises on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of Finance, and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Pittsburgh Public Schools (PPS) and West Penn Allegheny Health System, Inc. (WPAHS) granting right of entry for foot traffic of staff and students onto licensed premises to PPS during designated times and dates.
