Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Heinz Endowments for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX ($27,336.00) dollars for leadership training through a partnership with Pittsburgh Futures.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Heinz Endowments in order to receive a grant award of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX ($27,336.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400385.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX ($27,336.00), chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 0229400385.
