Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake certain programs and projects, the payment to URA of an administrative fee of 10% of the amount transferred, and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($1,237,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
