Resolution amending Resolution No. 89 of 2021, authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Amended Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Freedom Indeed LLC/Reverend Cornell Jones for professional services as a Group Violence Intervention Coordinator at a total cost not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS ($501,908).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Amended Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Freedom Indeed LLC/Reverend Cornell Jones for professional services as a Group Violence Intervention Coordinator at a total cost not to exceed THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($327,465.00) FIVE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS ($501,908) payable from the following accounts, subject to available appropriations by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh approval in future budget years:
