Resolution amending Resolution No. 674 of 2020 authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Amended License Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and Plaza at Grandview Owner's Association at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($104,400). Resolution No. 674 must be amended in order to correct applicable funding accounts in future lease years.

WHEREAS, the Plaza at Grandview Owner's Association ("Owner") owns a condominium building located at 111 Grandview Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15211; and
WHEREAS, the City seeks to maintain previously installed cameras on rooftops within the City of Pittsburgh for the purpose of providing enhanced security to its citizens; and
WHEREAS, Owner and City previously agreed to allow the City to install, operate and/or maintain, at the City's sole cost and expense, video cameras and related equipment on the Owner's building rooftop at 111 Grandview Avenue for security and other public safety purposes, pursuant to a license agreement that expired June 23, 2020; and
WHEREAS, Owner and City desire to continue said arrangement for approximately five and a half more years; and
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter into a an Amended License Agreement or Agreements with the Plaza at Grandview Owner's Association for the continued installation, operation, and/or maintenance of video cameras and related equipment on the building rooftop at 111 Grandview Avenue for security and other public safety purposes. Said Amended License Agreement(s) shall be at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($104,400) to be paid from the following account codes, subject to City Council appropriations in future budget years:
