Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution No. 708, effective October 25, 2021, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Keystone Communities Grant program, to provide funding for the purchase of play equipment in Phillips Park," is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to apply for receive grant funding from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Keystone Communities Grant program, to provide funding for the purchase of play equipment in Phillips Park. The grant proposal includes an ask in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND ($30,000.00) Dollars. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed THIRTY THOSAND ($30,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400381.45505.00.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed THIRTY THOUSAND ($30,000.00) Dollars, for the purchase of play equipment in Phillips Park under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department...
