Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution number 863 of 2018, effective January 1, 2019, entitled “adopting and approving the 2019 Capital Budget and the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2019 through 2024 Capital Improvement Program” which presently reads as per “Current Budget Amount” is hereby further amended to read as per “Revised Budget Amount”
