Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Trek Bicycle, 5996 Centre Ave. #204, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twelve Thousand, Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and Seventy-Six Cents ($112,699.76), for electric bicycles provided for the Bureau of Police Bicycle Unit. Funds are chargeable to and payable from the 2018 Byrne Justice Assistant Grant account, Grants Trust Fund 2329400362.57531.00.
