Resolution amending resolution number 580 of 2021, entitled “authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) for the completion of projects approved in the City of Pittsburgh's American Rescue Plan” by previously approved URA ARP funding to a Food Justice Fund.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  Resolution number 580 of 2021, effective September 22, 2021, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) for the completion of projects approved in the City of Pittsburgh's American Rescue Plan, at a cost not to exceed Seventy-Four Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Eleven Dollars ($74,878,811)” is hereby amended at Section 2 as follows:

 

 

Section 2.                     The projects and dollar amounts to be included in the Agreement or Agreements shall be as follows:
