Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows

Section 1.                     Resolution number 675 of 2008, effective January 1, 2009, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2009 Capital Budget and the 2009 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2009 through 2013 Capital Improvement Program” is which presently reads as per “Current Budget Amount” is hereby further amended to read as per “Revised Budget Amount”
