Resolution amending Resolution 725 of 2019, by further authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Public Works and the Director of Innovation and Performance to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Cartegraph Systems, Inc. to extend the agreement for three and one half (3½) years to meet the needs of the City of Pittsburgh at an additional sum not to exceed Seven Hundred Thirty One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Three Dollars and Seventy Five Cents ($731,593.75).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 725 of 2019 entitled “Resolution amending Resolution No. 341 of 2016, by further authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Cartegraph Systems, Inc., in order to continue licensing application software and for the purchase of associated subscription, maintenance, cloud hosting and professional services for years 2019, 2020 and 2021. The cost of the extension shall not exceed $559,706.37. Total cost $1,031,556.37 for years 2016-2021” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance and/or the Director of Public Works to enter into an amended agreement or agreements with Cartegraph Systems, Inc. (“Cartegraph”) in order to extend the term of an existing agreement or agreements for an additional three (3) years three and a half (3 ½) years in order to continue licensing software and to continue purchasing maintenance, subscription, cloud hosting, and professional services. Terms and conditions included in the original agreement or agreements procured through CoStars may be agreed upon by the parties to extend to the amendment(s). The general objective is to continue the use of Cartegraph for asset management and work order management software services used by the Department of Public Works and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure. Cartegraph is also used to manage internal building maintenance requests for the entire City and to manage inventory for Public Works and Citiparks. The cost of all licenses and services purchased shall not exceed One Million, Thirty One Thousand, Five Hundred Fifty Six Dollars and Thirty Seven Cents ($1,031,556.37) One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Three Thousand, One Hundred Fifty Dollars and Twelve Cents ($1,763,150.12) contingent upon annual appropriation by City Council of the following amounts:

Section 2: Said Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
