Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution No. 714 of 2021, effective October 25, 2021, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with agencies to provide emergency shelter services, street outreach services, rental assistance and housing relocation and stabilization services, and/or data collection activities, as associated with 2021 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds at a cost not to exceed $1,214,418.00” is hereby amended as follows:
