Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with Allegheny County for the receipt of Coronavirus Relief funds in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) dollars. These grant funds shall be used to reimburse eligible City expenditures related to the COVID-19 response, as set by County and federal guidelines. Funds shall be deposited to account 11101.102200.45.45703.
