Resolution providing for a Professional Service Agreement with Big Picture Lab, LLC for video production services in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). Of the total cost, Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) will come from the HUD Trust Fund and Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) will come from the Commission’s Community Development Block Grant funding.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Human Relations Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional service Agreement with Big Picture Lab, LLC for fair housing video production services, in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), chargeable to and payable from JD Edwards accounts as follows:
