Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in an amount not to exceed One Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand dollars ($175,000.00) to support the creation of publicly accessible park space as part of the Fifth and Dinwiddie redevelopment, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
