Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Innovation & Performance to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into a two (2) year professional service agreement with Victor Stanley services. The general objective is to utilize Victor Stanley Relay technology to monitor fill-levels of litter cans around the city and provide routing services for Department of Public Works via a mobile application to save resources dedicated to litter collection.
Section 2: The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):

Section 3: Said Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
