Total cost not to exceed $64,100 over five years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the City Clerk, and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or Agreement or Agreements, with Preservica Inc., in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase and maintenance of a public access and digital preservation software solution for the Records Management Division of the Office of the City Clerk. The Preservica software shall not exceed $64,100 over 5 years, payable from the following City Clerk/Computer Management General Fund accounts, subject to appropriations by City Council in respective budget year:
