Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Transportation (PennDOT) for the payment of local costs associated with the State Route 0060 Project being undertaken by PennDOT, and further providing for payment of costs not to exceed Six Thousand Two Hundred and Forty-Eight Dollars ($6,248.00)
