Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from Uptown Public Realm, Subdistrict A (UPR-A) to Educational/Medical Institution (EMI), a certain property at 1323 Forbes Avenue, Block Number 1-L, lot number 42, in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System.
