Resolution amending Resolution 105 of 2021, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution 447 of 2020 entitled ‘Resolution providing for an amended reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering phase of the Penn Avenue Reconstruction Phase II project, and providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed Eight Hundred Twenty Five Thousand ($825,000.00) dollars; federally reimbursable at eighty percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) dollars.’ To increase the total not to exceed to One Million Nine Hundred Seventy Five Thousand dollars ($1,975,000.00); federally reimbursable at eighty percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Eighteen Thousand ($18,000.00) dollars.” To clarify municipal incurred and total project costs.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution No. 105 effective February 18th, 2021 which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for municipal incurred costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Right of Way and Utility phases of the Penn Avenue Reconstruction Phase II project providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Nine Hundred Seventy Five Thousand dollars ($1,975,000.00), federally reimbursable at eighty percent, representing an increase of One Million One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,150,000) dollars from the previously amended reimbursement agreement 51553-1, as authorized by Resolution 447 of 2020; account details to be authorized and encumbered on an individual service agreement basis.
Is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 2 of Resolution No. 105 effective February 18th, 2021 which presently reads as follows remains unchanged:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the municipal portion of Commonwealth Incurred Costs associated with multiple phases of the Penn Avenue Reconstruction Phase II project, at a cost not to exceed Eighteen Thousand ($18,000.00) dollars, representing an increase from the amount authorized in City of Pittsburgh contracts 51553 and 51553-1, as authorized by Resolution 99 of 2015, 566 of 2019, and 447 of 2020; chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
