Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreations of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to receive a grant from the United States Tennis Association’s Grow the Game Grant not to exceed FOUR THOUSAND ($4,000.00) dollars for the purpose of reimbursing the City for costs incurred by the tennis program throughout the City. Monies from the grant should be deposited into JDE Job number 5000283300.48311.00.
