Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution No. 377 of 2021, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections of the City of Pittsburgh to apply for grant funding from the Allegheny County Department of Community and Economic Development's Act 152 Blight Removal Program to fund the demolition of six blighted structures throughout the City" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Permits, Licenses, and Inspection of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to apply for grant funding from enter into an agreement with the Allegheny County Department of Community and Economic Development's Act 152 Blight Removal Program, and in the event this grant is awarded, execute relevant agreement with the Allegheny County Department of Community and Economic Development in order to receive a grant award not to exceed TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars to fund the demolition of six blighted structures throughout the City. Supplemental funds in the amount of EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY ($87,750.00) dollars will come from the 2021 Capital Budget for a total project cost of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY ($337,750.00) dollars. in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND ($125,000.00) DOLLARS to fund the demolition of blighted structures in the ...
