Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to create a special trust fund, to be designated as the OneStopPGH Permitting Technology Trust Fund, in which a technology fee collected from applicable OneStopPGH permits shall be deposited. The monies deposited in said trust fund shall be used at the direction of participating OneStopPGH departments to cover expenses associated with the OneStopPGH permitting platform for ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve customer and user experience.
