Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of two warrants with the total sum of Four Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($495,000.00), which shall be allocated and paid as follows:  Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($200,000.00) made payable to Brandon Firman and Two Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($295,000.00) made payable to Tucker Arensberg, P.C., in final settlement related to litigation at USDC 2:16-cv-01393, chargeable to 11101.108000.58.58105.2021.
