Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to receive a grant from Keep America Beautiful to implement a Cigarette Litter Prevention Program (CLLP) and Cigarette Litter Stand placement in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND ($15,000.00) DOLLARS for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute a relevant agreement with Keep America Beautiful, in order to receive a grant award of FIFTEEN THOUSAND ($15,000.00) DOLLARS to implement a Cigarette Litter Prevention Program and Cigarette Litter Stand Placement. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the grants trust fund account 4029400372.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into agreements or contracts, or utilize existing agreements or contracts, not to exceed FIFTEEN THOUSAND ($15,000.00) DOLLARS for the purpose of implementing a Cigarette Litter Prevention Program (CLLP) and Cigarette Litter Stand placement under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Keep America Beautiful, chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400372.50000.00.
