Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution No. 800 of 2017, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission to enter into an Agreement(s) with UPMC Benefits Management Services, Inc. d/b/a WorkPartners for services relating to the administration of the City's workers' compensation program, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act, for a sum not to exceed Four Million Eight Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars ($4,875,732.00) over four years and for the payment of the costs thereof" is hereby amended as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) with UPMC Benefits Management Services, Inc. d/b/a WorkPartners for services relating to the administration of the City's workers' compensation program, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act, for a sum not to exceed Eight Million Two Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-four Dollars ($8,226,394.00.00) over seven years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years.
