The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in the amount of THIRTY THREE THOUSAND ($33,000.00) dollars for a total project cost of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND ($165,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in order to receive a grant award in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND ($132,000.00) dollars for the East End Signal Retiming Project. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in the amount of THIRTY THREE THOUSAND ($33,000.00) dollars (JDE Job Number 6074014219) for a total project cost of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND (165,000.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400367. 45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND ($132,000.00) dollars for the East End Signal Retiming Project under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The grant requires a match of THIRTY THREE THOUSAND ($33,000.00) dollars (JDE Job Number 6074014219) from the City of Pittsburgh for a total project cost of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND ($165,000.00) dollars chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400367.50000.00.
