Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in order to receive a grant award in the amount of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY SIX ($266,736.00) dollars for the Fiber Network Expansion Project. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in the amount of SIXTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR ($66,684.00) dollars (JDE Job Number 6074012320) for a total project cost of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY ($333,420.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400368. 45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed TWO HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY SIX ($266,736.00) dollars for the Fiber Network Expansion Project under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the...
