Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Resolution No. 205, effective May 6, 2020, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, to apply for a grant from the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission to rehabilitate the windows of the Oliver Bath House. The grant proposal includes a request of $100,000.00 with a local match of $100,000.00 to be provided in the 2021 City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget (4550100121.50000.00). In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($200,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose,” is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to apply for grant funding from enter into a grant agreement with the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) DOLLARS to rehabilitate the windows of the Oliver Bath House. Matching funds in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) DOLLARS will be provided in the 2021 City of Pittsburgh Capital Budget (4550100121.50000.00). In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($200,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited in the Grants Trust Fund Account 4029400339.45505.00.

 

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or the use of existing agreements, and/or a contract or contracts, or the use of existing contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the grant agreement. Said expenditures shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) DOLLARS, chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400339.50000.00.

 

Section 3.                     In all other respects, Resolution No. 205, effective May 6, 2020, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
