Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to submit an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation (MTF) Fund Program to provide funding for the Centre Avenue Streetscape project. The grant proposal includes an ask of $2,987,125.37 with no local match required. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS AND THIRTY SEVEN CENTS ($2,987,125.37) for this stated purpose.
