Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to submit an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation (MTF) Fund Program to provide funding for the Second Avenue Streetscape project. The grant proposal includes an ask of $2,105,118.00 with no local match required.
