Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County in order to reallocate unused funding from a previous City match to support Allegheny County’s Department of Economic Development match for a HUD Lead Safety and Healthy Homes Grant.

Section 2.                     The RAAC shall only expend the City's reallocated Matching Funds on homes located within the City of Pittsburgh and the RAAC shall establish a goal that half of the homes served under the Program shall be located within the City of Pittsburgh.
