Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

                     Resolution 345 of 2020 is amended as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution amending Resolution 345 of 2020 authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fox Rothschild LLP, 2000 Market St., 20^th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103 for professional consulting and legal services in relation to False Claims Act litigation by increasing the total cost Forty Five Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($45,000.00) Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($15,000.00) from Two Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($235,000.00) Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($280,000.00)  to an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($295,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:
