Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Gannet Flemming, Inc. for design services for the Mount Washington Landslide Mitigation project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00).
