Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the City of Dortmund, Germany to enter into a partnership agreement to facilitate and promote cooperation on sustainable urban development. There will be no cost to the City.

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
